These payments are processed through third party payment processors, who are responsible for, among other things, processing credit cards, debit cards, or bank accounts, and for transmitting money to our account. We may alter these payment processors at any time, at our discretion, and without your consent or prior knowledge.
   
   We are not directly affiliated with any of these payment processors, beyond our use of them to process payments. Each is an independent contractor, and no payment providers is an agent or employee of us, or vice versa, and neither is responsible for the actions of either party, including for performance or lack of performance of any task, or the provisioning or lacking of provisioning of any service.
