affiliates (collectively “Ceteryx,” “we,” or “us”) operates an online website,
located at ceteryx.com or at any affiliated web location, mobile application,
or internet-enabled resource (collectively, the “Website”), used to provide
financial services products, including, but not necessarily limited to,
invoicing, bookkeeping, financial modeling, financial analysis, financial
strategy analysis, SWOT analysis, and affiliated or ancillary services (the
“Services”).
You (a “User,” “Users,” “you” or “your”) may obtain information from our
Website in connection with our Services, or transmit information to our
Website or via our Services, including the User Data.
All Users of our Website and Services must agree to this Privacy Policy (the
“Policy”), the Terms of Services (located at ceteryx.com/customer-agreement)
(collectively, the “Terms”) prior to use. All defined terms not defined in
this Policy are defined in the Terms.

We do not store, nor do we have direct access to, credit card or other financial information that may be transmitted to a payment provider via our Website or Services.
Anonymous Information may be stored indefinitely.
Both Personal Information and Anonymous Information is stored using various data storage technologies, which may include but is not limited to storage using cloud storage providers such as Amazon Web Services, or other similar services. We may alter how we store data at any time, without prior notice, at our discretion. All passwords, if any, are stored using industry standard encryption. your User Data only for as long as it is necessary to perform our services.
By agreeing to these Terms, you give your consent to our use and future
exploitation of this data in any manner, at our discretion, without
compensation to your or prior notice. To the extent you own or license this
User Data, you are providing us with a worldwide, perpetual, unlimited use
license to utilize this data in any manner, and you further affirm that you
have the authority to grant us such license. However, we will do our best to
not share your User Data with third parties unless it is inevitably
necessary to perform our duties, or we are required to do so by law. In case
you have concluded an NDA with us, the NDA will prevail.
You may request to receive any User Data you have given to us, and request that we delete such data. Unless you specifically ask us to delete this data, you consent to our perpetual storage of this data, and future exploitation of it in any manner. If you ask us to delete the User Data, we will do so within a reasonable amount of time, as long as deleting this data is reasonably technologically feasible.

Ceteryx may share Anonymous Information with any party at any time, at its sole discretion, and with no prior notice to any User.
However, in case you have concluded an NDA with us, the NDA will prevail.

Payment Provisions. We may accept various forms of payment
through various means. These payments are processed through third party
payment processors, who are responsible for, among other things, processing
credit cards, debit cards, or bank accounts, and for transmitting money to
our account. We may alter these payment processors at any time, at our
discretion, and without your consent or prior knowledge.
We are not directly affiliated with any of these payment processors, beyond our use of them to process payments. Each is an independent contractor, and no payment providers is an agent or employee of us, or vice versa, and neither is responsible for the actions of either party, including for performance or lack of performance of any task, or the provisioning or lacking of provisioning of any service.
It is your responsibility to follow any terms, conditions, or policies specified by these payment providers. Such terms may include restrictions on age, location, type of payment method, and similar restrictions. You assume all risks of conducting any transactions via these payment processors.

Removal or Modification of Personal Information. You may
contact us to remove or modify any Personal Information on you that we may
have. Please note that the removal of such information may permanently alter
your usage of your Services, and we are unlikely to be able to provide any
Services to you without your Personal Information.
